Customers submitting artwork, logos, names, or other materials for customization represent that they own those materials or have permission to use them. Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe another party’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may decline materials that we reasonably believe are unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving spelling, colors, placement, sizing, artwork, and other details shown in a custom-order proof. After approval or production begins, a custom order may not be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except where required by law or agreed to in writing.

Production and delivery estimates for custom orders are estimates only and may vary.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, quantity requirements, product exclusions, or limits on use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or transferred. We may modify or cancel a promotion where permitted by law, including when fraud, misuse, or a technical error is suspected.
