As a young man, owning a business has always been fascinating but daunting. I dreamed of creating a small business in many different industries but assumed I wasn’t up to the challenge, and entrepreneurship was reserved for those who were smarter and savvier than I gave myself credit for.
I come from a life of hard work and dairy cows. Designing clothes might have been the last industry I saw myself working in. Spending the first part of my career cow-side, breeding for various stud companies, and working as a farm hand, I needed to be more efficient. I looked for workwear with many pockets, which was affordable and durable. I couldn’t find a workwear company that offered what I had in mind. Thus, I sketched my ideas on a notepad and challenged myself to start my own business.
Our flagship overall and coverall pocket design fixes the problem I needed to solve. While at it, I decided to improve workwear comfortability without sacrificing durability.
The best innovations often come from within the industry. I was inspired to help those like me, so I took a leap of faith and dove into the apparel business.
